Our Product Range

PSA NITROGEN GAS PLANT

A PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) nitrogen gas plant produces high-purity nitrogen by separating oxygen and other gases from compressed atmospheric air. In this process, ambient air is first compressed, filtered, and dried to remove moisture, oil, and dust before entering the PSA unit. The PSA system contains carbon molecular sieve (CMS), which selectively adsorbs oxygen while allowing nitrogen to pass through as the product gas. By alternating pressure cycles between adsorption and regeneration in twin towers, the system delivers a continuous supply of nitrogen with purity typically ranging from 95% to 99.999%. The generated nitrogen is then collected in a storage receiver and supplied for industrial applications such as packaging, chemical processing, food preservation, and metal treatment.

PSA OXYGEN GAS PLANT

A PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) oxygen gas plant generates high-purity oxygen by separating it from atmospheric air using molecular sieve technology. In this process, ambient air is compressed, filtered, and dried before entering the PSA unit, where nitrogen is preferentially adsorbed by zeolite molecular sieves, allowing oxygen to pass through as the product gas. The system operates with twin adsorption vessels that alternate between pressurization and regeneration cycles to ensure continuous oxygen production. The produced oxygen typically has a purity of 90% to 95% and is collected in an oxygen receiver for storage and distribution. PSA oxygen plants are widely used in hospitals, steel plants, wastewater treatment, and industrial processes due to their reliability, efficiency, and on-site generation capability.
